1. Issue letter of intent

TransGlobal Ventures helps WISPs to setup a wireless network for the city. Once the WISP is ready to proceed with a Digital City deployment we will enter into a letter of intent which will outline the nature of the project, the steps to be taken in the project and authorize the RF survey.
